5. Where We Store Your Information
Hustl LLC uses secure, industry-standard cloud-based service providers located in the United States to store and process your information:
- Database Services: Your account information, job data, messages, and transaction records are stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted by reputable cloud database providers in the United States.
- File Storage: Photos and documents you upload (such as job photos or profile pictures) are stored using secure cloud storage services with encryption and access controls.

Your information may be stored and processed on servers in Tennessee and in other states within the U.S. We do not transfer your personal information outside the United States.
By using Hustl, you consent to your information being processed in the United States under U.S. and Tennessee law.
Security Note: For security reasons, we do not publicly disclose the specific names or locations of all our service providers, but we ensure all providers meet industry standards for data security and comply with applicable privacy laws.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and as required by law. In general:

- Messages and reviews: Retained as part of job records and platform history, unless removal is required by law or we decide to delete them sooner.
We may also anonymize or aggregate data so it can no longer identify you and use that information for analytics and business purposes indefinitely.
7. Security
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect personal information, such as:
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (when being sent) and at rest (when stored) using industry-standard encryption methods.

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use Hustl at your own risk and should keep your account credentials private and secure. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication if we offer it in the future.
8. Data Breach Notice for Tennessee Residents
Under Tennessee Code Annotated § 47-18-2107, businesses that suffer a security breach involving certain types of personal information must notify affected Tennessee residents. The law requires notification:

- Through written notice, electronic notice (if you've consented), or substitute notice (if cost exceeds $50,000 or affects more than 100,000 people)

- Notify you within the required timeframe via email, mail, or other appropriate method;
- Notify the Tennessee Attorney General if the breach affects more than 1,000 Tennessee residents;
